SCM was born out of the experiences of the founder who spent many years in the purchasing profession. Dealing with some multi-disciplined recruitment agencies give the impression of being just another name on their database, rather than being treated as an individual. A high standard of service is a right not a privilege. Why should recruitment be any different?
With this in mind we set our mission - "To provide a high level of service that SCM become the preferred choice amongst individuals looking for situations vacant, and organisations looking to resolve their human resource requirements".
