“Candidate” means individual seeking situations vacant
“Client” means a person, firm or corporate body seeking to fulfil situations vacant
SCM Recruitment provides this website to assist Candidates and Clients in the recruitment process. By accessing this website both Candidates and Clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use.
2. Posting information
You confirm that you will not post or transmit on the website any material that
a. Contains Viruses, Trojans, Worms or similar device that interferes or may interfere with the operation of the site;
b. Is libellous, threatening, abusive, obscene, harmful or objectionable;
c. Is inaccurate, incomplete, or false information (including in the case of Candidates, information about yourself such as, but not restricted to qualifications, experience, age, and your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom);
d. Deletes or alters information for which you have no authority to alter or delete;
Furthermore, you agree not use software or hardware to delay, crash or cause damage to the website.
SCM Recruitment shall determine whether you have breached any of the above and maintains the right to prevent you using the website. SCM Recruitment will delete from the website material that it deems not to comply, or considered objectionable, without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property rights

Logos, trade marks, software or any other of the other intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of SCM Recruitment. g. Loss of time;

SCM Recruitment shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damages however caused (including by reason of misrepresentation, negligence, other tort, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty) that arise directly or indirectly from the subject matter of this site.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SCM Recruitment and keep fully indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this website.
8. Disclaimer
SCM Recruitment cannot guarantee a client will ask for a Candidates' CV or information, or interview a Candidate when the Client has received the Candidates' CV, or hire a Candidate when the Client has interviewed the Candidate. SCM Recruitment cannot guarantee the duration of any appointment or final terms a Candidate receives when accepting a position appearing on this website.
SCM Recruitment cannot guarantee the availability of Candidates or that Candidates will meet the needs of the Client. SCM Recruitment cannot guarantee the duration a Candidate will stay within a position advertised on this website.
SCM Recruitment cannot guarantee that any Candidate or Client will keep confidential any information provided to them through this website.
